Irrefutable Proof ICTY Is Corrupt Court/Irrefutable Proof the Hague Court Cannot Legitimately Prosecute Karadzic Case

This legal technicality indicates the Hague must dismiss charges against Dr Karadzic and others awaiting trials in the Hague jail; like it or not.

Unfortunately for the Signatures Of the Rome Statute United Nations member states instituting the ICC & ICTY housed at the Hague, insofar as the, Radovan Karadzic, as with the other Hague cases awaiting trial there, I personally witnessed these United Nations member states having a substantial conversations, and, openly speaking about trading judicial appointments and verdicts for financial funding when I attended the 2001 ICC Preparatory Meetings at the UN in Manhattan making the iCTY and ICC morally incapable trying Radovan Karazdic and others.

I witnessed with my own eyes and ears when attending the 2001 Preparatory Meetings to establish an newly emergent International Criminal Court, the exact caliber of criminal corruption running so very deeply at the Hague, that it was a perfectly viable topic of legitimate conversation in those meetings I attended to debate trading verdicts AND judicial
appointments, for monetary funding.

Jilly wrote:*The rep from Spain became distraught and when her country’s proposal was not taken to well by the chair of the meeting , then Spain argued in a particularly loud and noticably strongly vocal manner, “Spain (my country) strongly believes if we contribute most financial support to the Hague’s highest court, that ought to give us and other countries
feeding it financially MORE direct power over its decisions.”

((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((((((((((((((((((((((((( Instead of censoring the country representative from Spain for even bringing up this unjust, illegal and unfair judicial idea of bribery for international judicial verdicts and judicial appointments, all country representatives present in the meeting that day all treated the Spain proposition as a ”totally legitimate topic” discussed and debated it between each other for some time. I was quite shocked! The idea was “let’s discuss it.” "It’s a great topic to discuss."

Some countries agreed with Spain’s propositions while others did not. The point here is, bribery for judicial verdicts and judicial appointments was treated as a totally legitimate topic instead of an illegitimate topic which it is in the meeting that I attended in 2001 that day to establish the ground work for a newly emergent international criminal
court.))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

In particular., since “Spain” was so overtly unafraid in bringing up this topic of trading financial funding the ICC for influence over its future judicial appointments and verdicts in front of every other UN member state present that day at the UN, “Spain” must have already known by previous experience the topic of bribery was “socially acceptable” for
conversation that day. They must have previously spoke about bribing the ICTY and ICC before in meetings; this is my take an international sociological honor student.

SPAIN’s diplomatic gesture of international justice insofar as, Serbia, in all of this is, disgusting morally!SPAIN HAS TAUGHT THE WORLD THE TRUE DEFINITION OF AN
“INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.”

I represented the state interests’ of the Former Yugoslavia, in Diplomat Darko Trifunovic’s absence in those meetings and I am proud to undertake this effort on Serbia’s behalf.

I'd rather not, better keep such things for people who actually appreciate your comments.

As to the diaries, I'm sure there is plenty of sleight of hand being practiced, i.e. the parts that are considered useful by the Prosecution at the ICTY will be read in small parts and out of context. They have a history of doing this with Milo and Karadzic's speechs along with all sorts of other material which when reported in the media only makes the serbs look bad, but when the full text is transcribed and made public by the ICTY means entirely the opposite. Plus ca change.

And SJ calling Mladic "smart" wow how pathetic is this a war criminal in hiding being smart? If he is that smart why does he not come out and defend his innocence especially if he is that smart. Pleaseee.

Serbs need to admit their mistakes so we can move on all together as separate states and look to the future.

Lenny, Lenny what do you think that you Croats were going to murder Serbs again as in WW2 ? Never again! I know that RS is a thorn in most rabid Croat extremists’ throat. Yes, I see that Croatia is a wonderful success; look at your HTV and in the last year the only items they report are alleged prosecutions of white collar crime – theft of state assets due to political patronage. Not one new industry opening up, just closures.
Lenny, the EU has run out of money and now the Croatian budget has to be slashed drastically in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. The EU propped up Croatia and Slovenia to show Serbs the wonderful life in democracy and freedom, but the facade has collapsed with the GFC.
Do you realize that the EU wants these new states to work as in the days of Yugo????? And who do you think will be on top Croatia? ha, ha, ha, NO Lenny it will be Serbia. You guys are really living in fantasy land.
Yes I can see that Mladic has kept those diaries to read at night. Get real, if it was me the first thing I would have burn any record. Mladic is no fool; chances are these so called diaries are a figment of someone’s imagination. Smart people do not keep diaries.

Lenard,

If you provide evidence that Slovenian home guard troops actually were disguised Serbs, sent there by Belgrade, I can buy your claim. Otherwise, I feel shame for you.

And about Mladić Diaries. It seems that a common thought that what Mladić writes in his diaries is the truth? That it is an accurate index of recent history? What do we say when we come across sentences like these in diaries: "I'm innocent. I haven't done what I'm accused of."

Give me a break! I do think there's a lot of evidence that will (most likely) prove he is a war criminal, and worse. But what is this childish belief that his diaries provide us facts per se? What did he write about Srebrenica...?

Karadzic may say the diaries are authentic. It means he thinks they are written by Mladić. I guess that's not equivalent to that they reveal us the truth.

Even with the small arms smuggling coming in from Hungary the Croats were still able to defeat the 3rd strongest army in Europe-why because they had heart...!Also for the record all ethnics groups in the Balkans new Slobo's plan for Serbian expansion, it's no big secret.

Mark, why don't you elaborate further your thesis? If no-one in former Yugoslavia wanted to live with Serbs... why didn't they form a team and drop Serbia from the wagon? Well, because they wanted to live together with NO-ONE. Starting from Slovenes and Croats...

I'm not surprised. Yugoslavia failed. But it didn't fail only because of Serbs; all ethnic groups are at fault. And many groups that are not defined by ethnicity.

Last time I was in Zagreb people in cafés told me how they don't want to have anything to do with the Slovenes...

So, Mark, you may like to paint simple slogans, and march around, but don't insist I take them for the truth.

Sure Lenard. Serbia told Slovenia to kill those soldiers and declare their independence and the also told Croatia to smuggle arms through Hungarian border and prepare and start armed conflict.
Why did Croatia smuggle arms through Hungarian border? When all was peaceful, why arm themselves?

You really can't come to terms with YOUR past. Serbs have acknowledged their part in crimes. It's time the rest did as well.

Dear lady,
i can see that you have no clue how did old Yugo disintegrated and why?
Sloveni as federal republic/entetity had every right to become independent so did others, but Serbia was trying to rule entire old Yugo by force ,headed by Miloshevic. Obviously , if you turn a gun towards me, iwill respond inkind and if I don't have one, i will get it anywhere at all coast.

"Predictably, people are already claiming these diaries to be fake, but assuming they're not, ...

Karadzic has accepted them as being authentic, and he and his lawyers have had the opportunity to examine them closely. If there had been any chance of disputing their authenticity, you have to think they would have gone after it.

Here we go again dear Peggy trying to blame others for Serbias foult.

Cheers

I'd rather not, better keep such things for people who actually appreciate your comments.

As to the diaries, I'm sure there is plenty of sleight of hand being practiced, i.e. the parts that are considered useful by the Prosecution at the ICTY will be read in small parts and out of context. They have a history of doing this with Milo and Karadzic's speechs along with all sorts of other material which when reported in the media only makes the serbs look bad, but when the full text is transcribed and made public by the ICTY means entirely the opposite. Plus ca change.
