The grand experiment of integration has failed not only in Germany but also in many other advanced european economies.Anytime that a sub-group tries to maintain its unique characteristics it separates itself from the population at large and results into conflict. It's simply not possible to have multiple significantly different religious and ethnic cultures existing side by side within a society
and not expect problems. It has never worked before and never will.

My answer to Economics Minister Rainer Bruederle's argument that Germany will face huge labour shortages in the future will be,what about the 30 million + unemployed in EU? Surely the EU could organise interstate agreements in which unemployed from one EU state could move to another and fill the vacancies.

As long as the EU,urged on by the self-loathing neoliberal lefties still living in post-globalisation era-lacks the will to insist upon and enforce of"si fueris Romae,Romano vivito more" then there will always be tension, ghetoes and separation. At the same time there should be a total immigration ban from all islamic countries.
