I wonder why they picked The Simpsons and not South Park. I guess the faith conflict there is a little to much for the Vatican to handle.

Rev Lovejoy is Protestant (Presbylutheranism to be exact.). Maybe you need a new screen naame Flanders!

In one episode homer and bart converted to become catholic.

As for the simpsons being for kids... I disagree. There is much material on there that is not for kids.

I agree. Homer Simpson is Catholic and so is Peter Griffin, Stan Smith, and Bevis and Butthead. But I think Hank and Peggy Hill, Dale, Bill, and Boomhauer are Baptists.

We're talking about a fictional bloke who hates going to Church and refers to Jesus as "Jebus". I don't even want to know what is going on in the Vatican, they all seem mental!
