Illegal !!!! The act (declaration of independce) was legal and thus independence itself is legal.
If we follow your logic, even though resolution 1244 (the act) is legal, UNMIK is illegal !!!!!!!

Whether they are making a fool of themselves is a matter of opinion and your country Holland (if true) has pretty much said your opinion does not matter.

In every single instance in the past hundred years when "Europe" has decreed that Serbia should move forward with what amounted to European integration, Serbia has suffered devastating consequences. Serbs have paid the price for Europe's folly with Serb Blood and Fortune. Establishing the "rule of law," seemningly for Serbs only, in KM will bring further hardship. The ruling clique in Beograd knows this but cares only for the fortunes the seek to make as slaves for the EU. More sad days are before Serbia so long as the EU is allowed on Serbian soil.
