What are you saying, that Karadzic is committing suicide?
That Milosevic committed suicide so to avoid sentencing?
You can say a lot of things about these men (personally I think they are criminals) but suicidal is not one of them.
The trial against Milosevic was falling apart. And then he 'unexpectedly' died. Milosevic complained several times that he thought that he was being poisoned.
Although there is enough evidence probably to convict Karadzic, he exposes many things in his trials that the international community wants to be kept hidden.
Don't be surprised in another Serbs 'unexpectedly' dies in Scheveningen.

At the court hearing, Karadžić said he was feeling "the leftovers of a cold." One can assume that, as a man with medical training, Dr. Karadžić can tell the difference between the effects of the common cold and a life-threatening illness. Not every sneeze is the result of a sinister conspiracy.

Here we go again with all the silly conspiracy theories about how the Hague kills Serbian suspects. Abosolutely juvenile. Show me your proof. You wonder why no one in the world ever rushes to Serbia's defense.

So the silencing continues.

Or preventing the claims later that he was unable to effectively defend himself due to the influence of medication.
Of course it is in Serbia's favor (as with Milosevic) that the trial never ends with a conviction--through whatever means necessary.
