"Croatian society is just not ready to accept and integrate the Serbian minority. Therefore the Croatian government should do nothing to ensure that the Serbian minority is able to exercise its democratic rights. It should cave in to any threats of violence on the part of Croatian ultranationalists and cancel any public manifestations organized by the Serbian minority.

Good point, Vlad! Maybe now some people here understand now how stupid their argumentation against letting the Pride Parade take place is.

Day of getting rid of 10 years " DS Goverment" is soon over.

Micunovic knows that very well that's why he acted like neo-fascist today hiting the Parlament benches with his fist and calling youth of Serbia, without any future with prosperity, fascists.

Good point Vlad, but I think that confrontation is not the best way to build bridges. Instead of stressing out your difference it would be more useful to work on what common points there can be and enlarge them. A simple barbecue with your neighborhood can be way more useful than a "Pride Parade"

The point is, that people are afraid of what they don't know and don't understand, so your difference creates fear.

No need to tell everybody at once that you're homosexual.
When I present myself to somebody I don't say:
"Hi, my name is Joachim and I'm heterosexual"
Not for to "hide" the fact that I'm heterosexual but because this information simply has no pertinence at this moment.

Instead of hiding, try to go out, talk normally with people and give them the time to get to know you as you are, a human being, just like them :)

what utter propaganda! Just say the word 'fascist' and people automatically get a bad image. This meadia is becoming like the controlled media in america - just brainwashing people.

Congratulations to Tadic for organising the Serbian police to do as good a job as possible in the circumstances in dealing with this reactionary bunch.

Therefore the Croatian government should do nothing to ensure that the Serbian minority is able to exercise its democratic rights. It should cave in to any threats of violence on the part of Croatian ultranationalists and cancel any public manifestations organized by the Serbian minority. The Serbian minority should hide and cover up its Churches so as not to offend the Croatian majority. Ethnic Serbs should not tell anyone in Croatia about their identity as this might evoke feelings of disgust on the part of the Croatian majority which is unable to accept that someone might be different from them and yet not a threat to their existence.

"Who organized the gatherings, who paid for the transport, who these persons are connected with"

Very good questions indeed. Since your average citizen, regardless of beliefs, probably thought this would be a bad idea I'd like to know who pushed it through. That is why it has been canceled each and every year. If society is not quite ready for it, you are just asking for unrest.
