The point I am trying to make is that all influential international leaders invovled in this case know his whereabouts PERIOD.

IF he was meant to be caught, he would have already been caught. The problem is, they do not know what to do with him once/if they find him.

Before Milosevic even had the chance to expose all the war profeteers from the USA and the Netherlands he was suddenly was found dead.

"THEY" cannot risk another exposure, which is why Mladic is not going to the Hague.
