Minister "concerned about actions in Kosovo"

That is exactly right and the reason I respect Kostunica. He is the only politician who has said we'll gain respect only when we defend ourselves. Pragmatism has its limits when we are constantly being attacked and we have now gone beyond the point of pragmatism. The line has been crossed.

If you don't mind me asking, I know you said you were stationed (previously) in Peja, Kosovo...where are you now? If you can't answer for personal or other reasons, I understand.

These actions have nothing to do with organized crime and everything to do with EULEX and NATO asserting their power over the restive north and establishing the rule of law which in this case is enforcing the laws of The Republic of Kosovo. That being said I believe in the right to self determination even when it comes to Albanian territory so if the population in the north is overwhelmingly Serb and the vast majority wants to break away they should have a right to secede, same as we did from Serbia. There is just no sense in imposing a forceful solution if the people on the ground reject it.

The minister is not defending criminals. It is funny how people behave sometimes, they try to use tricks that often work when people are speaking to eachother verbally, but those tricks just don't really work when things are written and the history of what was written can be seen.

When people speak verbally, it is easy to make this or that false claim because people often don't remember what was exactly said, so it is easier to convince them that somebody said something they didn't. But because these articles and discussions are written, we can see from the article what the minister actually said. Like I said the other day "playing smart but not being clever"

As the Minister said, "psychological and propaganda warfare", used to intimidate and scare the Serbian residents, and also used in the hopes of sparking a reaction, so they have more excuses to do things against the Serbs in the North.

Hold strong Serbs, don't give them the reaction they are hoping for.

Thanks to those who've posted links of D. Johnstone. I had so much fun reading Enver Hoxha's fancy-reflexions on international politics once again after so many years.
