EULEX chief has stated that EU mission in Kosovo will facilitate dialogue between Belgrade and Priština but that it will not be involved in it.

you are right when you say that eulex is seen as mup ky albanians!
You are wrong when you say that you will be able to reintegrate kosovo in serbia!
Forget it!kosovo was in serbia,we do know how it was and have not any intention to accept serbian ruling again!

It's for the best after they've arrested Haradinaj & Kurti as well several times, considering the anti-EULEX Kurti has the support of 60% of Albanians in KiM. EULEX is seen by people as more or less a branch of MUP, as I said it'd be when it got started. Re-integration is guaranteed. Let's bring it on slowly & confusingly without bloodshed.
