Opposition DSS leader Vojislav Koštunica said on Tuesday that the biggest progress Serbia made since October 5, 2000 was achieved between 2004 and 2008.

I'm confused, is Kosovo's independence negating Serbia's economy? Why does it stop in 2008? Does it have something to do with the garbage this guy spews..we all know who reigned during 04-08. Stop all this propaganda sir. If you were still in power then Serbia would be 20 times worse (not endorsing Tadiq here).

Amazing coincidence that - the most progress in Serbia between 2004 - 2008 says Kostunica.
Reminds me of the rather obvious propoganda techniques of the communists who took people as fools.
