Do not kid yourself, the international community gave Pristina the money (and the order) to build those houses.
(Jason, 30 September 2010 11:30)

Nobody's kidding here. Serbia receives billions of euros from the international community. Just last week it received about 300 million Euros. Where are the houses? I know where. The church stole millions; Belgrade took its cut, and N. Mitrovica politicians with the likes of Ivanovic took its cut. The end result= 2 houses. Shameful, really.

Why can't he be president? Will he be assassinated like Zoran Dindic (God Bless his soul) for actually working for the people and their interests?

When you guys say Serbia's interest are you referring to NATIONALIC ITERESTS?

People don't get mad. This s a forum and you can express your views while still respecting another persons viewpoint without agreeing with them. That is what Freedom of Speech is!

This is one thing I don't understand about Serbs and their nationalistic talks. How many of you have visited Kosovo since its the birthplace of your culture, the cradle of your society?

My opinion and this is not a fact, I'd say let then 5% (which is roughly the population of Serbs in Kosovo) have visited their craddle.

You know that if each Serb that yells out Kosovo je Serbije (mispelled, my apologies)visited Kosovo that your fellow Serbs and Kosovo Albanians would love you for it. Tourism would flourish and you'd help ppl (normal citizens) get work and pay their bills and save some money for their kids to go to college or improve their homes or farms.

Its nice being patriotic and yelling and getting emotional about things and blamming people for your ills, but before you do that ask yourself what have you personally done to improve the collective groups situation, be they Serb or Albanian in Kosovo?

And think of prior to the war and after and the present or tomorrow.

The land of the Balkans will always be there, the borders have always shifted, and the ppl's ills and worries will never go away... People will have to coexist.

Peace to all!

Interesting how B92 left out Cedo's comment about the 160 sth houses Prishtina built for Serb returnees while Belgrade built only 2. Also how many houses has Serbia built for the Albanians since it burned thousands of our homes in 1999?

aha... so the first cracks appear.

"status of the Kosovo Serbs"

get used to that phrasing as it will be the next step into slowly drawing in serbia into accepting the reality of kosovo.

Winston,

it's possible. Bog has shown that he is capable of leading a virtual position; currently he is the virtual minister of Serbia in Kosovo. I'm sure since he's persona-non-grata that he would be able to become virtual mayor of Prishtina. Give him a chance.

Just a thought!

Wonder if Bogdanovich will ever be elected president in Pristina?
(winston, 29 September 2010 18:18)

Winston, very bad example. Bogdanovic is not a Kosovo resident/citizen.)

No kiko, Jovanovich will never be elected president of Serbia. He does not have Serbia's interests at heart, but that of foreign nations. Seselj would have a much better chance of leading Serbia than Ceda. Wonder if Bogdanovich will ever be elected president in Pristina?

Jovan

it´s interesting how B92 is not getting tired to publish the thoughts of this man, who actually is not speaking at all in the interest of the serb nation.

cui bono?
