Serbia and Israel have signed a visa-free travel regime between the two countries, and it will come into effect tomorrow.

Can't deny that, but in the case they already have a Schengen visa - Serbia just should let anyone in. Macedonia already does it, it's a no-brainer. The next step after that is to abolish the visas directly.

Good thing, congratulation - now more people will come.
Ukraine is long over-due, by the way. And if the stay is financially secured, than China, India, Taiwan, too.
If Turks do not need visas to Serbia - than why Ukrainians, Chinese, Indians and Taiwanese do? Neither country has a troubled history on Balkans like Turkey has.
