Tadić: Long-term solution for Kosovo

Any agreement between Kosovo and Serbia should be beneficial for all residents in Kosovo and Serbia. If Serbia is really serious about future negotiations it should start by recognising Kosovo's independence first and the talks can be finished successfully within two weeks maximum. Recognising Kosovo independence first will be followed by mutual friendship agreement between Kosovo of Serbia, free movement of goods and people, will build trust between Albanians and Serbis, will make it much much easier the return of refugees in their properties, internatioanl guarantee on human rights for Serbis living in Kosovo and Albanians living in Preseva, Bujanovc and Medvegja, both countries in EU as partners and the last both winners.

Serbia made a deal with the EU and UA when it modified its resolution to the UNGA - the major agreement in that resolution is, Serbia will not recognize an independent Albanian Kosovo. Why do you, and other Albanians here, keep repeating that recognition wish and hope from Belgrade? You are beating a dead horse, so let's move on to negotiating other realistic issues. Only a solution acceptable to all sides can bring lasting peace to the Balkans.

Than there will be no EU membership. When Catherine Ashton will point this out once or twice very clearly Serbia will change her mind.
