"A compromise solution, said Tadić, implies peace and economic development so that neither markets nor economies in the Western Balkans would suffer obstruction."

-- As far as we can see it is Serbia that obstructs anything labelled made in Kosova. If you don't wanna obstruct then you simply stop doing that. Nobody is forcing you to do that. Hence no negotiations needed. When you feel like you don't wanna end obstructing then you stop Mr. Tadic. Simple as that.

"We have no intention to go back to the political situation of the nineties and we are under no illusions that Kosovo Albanians would accept the level or structure of governance that we had in the nineties. No one here would propose such unrealistic plan, but we certainly do not want a solution where one side - the Kosovo Albanians, would get everything, and the other, Serbia, would lose everything. And this dialogue should make the prospects happen", President Tadić said.

-- Mr. Tadic you can lie all you want. One look at your constitution and it is crystal clear that what you propose is a level or structure of governance that we had in the nineties, and you and your cronies are indeed proposing such unrealistic plan.

We're not getting everything wither mister. We have UNMIK, KFOR, EULEX and every little bureaucrat from every corner on earth present in Kosova. Some of them do nothing all day but post on online forums such as this one. If we got everything they would not be part of the picture. We also got a part of the country that we're told not to bother with or venture there. If we got everything that wouldn't be the case. You can lie all you want Mr. Tadic but there hasn't been a fool born yet on this side of the isle that buys what you are trying to sell.

Kosovo police and workers of the Kosovo telecommunications company are removing and destroying Telekom Srbija (Telecom Serbia) property in the province.26/09/10 Compare this with his comments in The UN.
Who can take the blabbings of Tadic seriously?
Which planet is this fool on?
Who will give him what he wants? The USA? Obama? Clinton? The EU? No-one!! The non existent Serbian Army.?This fool is either ill or a fantasist or is lying to his people to suggest he has done his best / trying to lesson the blow by getting the EU to announce some early entry.
This lying to his people is criminal. No one is negotiating apart from you in your fantasies.
Kosovo is over. Can someone tell this fool that???

"Serbia will not recognize an independent Albanian Kosovo."

Than there will be no EU membership. When Catherine Ashton will point this out once or twice very clearly Serbia will change her mind.

Not gonna happen, EA. Serbia made a deal with the EU and UA when it modified its resolution to the UNGA - the major agreement in that resolution is, Serbia will not recognize an independent Albanian Kosovo. Why do you, and other Albanians here, keep repeating that recognition wish and hope from Belgrade? You are beating a dead horse, so let's move on to negotiating other realistic issues. Only a solution acceptable to all sides can bring lasting peace to the Balkans.

"...do not want a solution where one side - the Kosovo Albanians, would get everything, and the other, Serbia, would lose everything. And this dialogue should make the prospects happen", President Tadić said.

Any agreement between Kosovo and Serbia should be beneficial for all residents in Kosovo and Serbia. If Serbia is really serious about future negotiations it should start by recognising Kosovo's independence first and the talks can be finished successfully within two weeks maximum. Recognising Kosovo independence first will be followed by mutual friendship agreement between Kosovo of Serbia, free movement of goods and people, will build trust between Albanians and Serbis, will make it much much easier the return of refugees in their properties, internatioanl guarantee on human rights for Serbis living in Kosovo and Albanians living in Preseva, Bujanovc and Medvegja, both countries in EU as partners and the last both winners.
