Court sentences journalist attackers

Miloš Mladenović and Danilo Žuža have been sentenced to three months in prison for attacking journalist of Belgrade-based weekly Vreme Teofil Pančić.

They were very fortunate to get such light sentences.
If either of them commit a similar crime they should be sent down for many years.

I'm not a fan of US style 3 strikes and you are out type of justice, but in the case of violent crime perhaps such a principle should exist in the criminal justice system.
