Time and time again the 'Serbian Government' continue to harbour war criminals. Serbian leaders from TADIC to DODIK continue to push the boundries with their Anti-European sentiments. Why are they hiding these criminals, why would Serbia drag itself 20 years behind everyone else because of 2 peasants who aren't good to anyone anymore other than a few wanna be Krajisniks. Serbia do everyone a favor hand them over, accept European core values and stop thinking that you can have a say, when you can't-You are a small fish...just remember that

--He explained that there is a discrepancy between the expressed political readiness in Serbia to arrest the fugitives, about the course of the search itself and “what must be done” so it would be successful.

“This gap must be bridged”, Brammertz pointed out.--

The gap must be bridged... if that isn't the understatement of the decade. now listen to this, mr brammertz (wonder if he reads our dear b-92? :) i said from the beginning of yr term -- you have a limited time to show some muscle, some backbone. do it, and do it quickly, or just bow out. carrot and stick, get it?

of course brammetz did not listen to my advice, and presto, the results EXactly as i, as we predicted. what a surprise.

meanwhile, what is happening in ole bosnia these days? the usual bunk fr dodik (it's election time, again) and yet aNOTHer exhumation; i've lost count, but it is well over 400 in lovely republika srpska, all historical revisionism to the contrary.

so far at (temporarily receded) lake perucac some 330 sets of "partial remains" have been exhumed, incl one set of nearly complete human remains. so, truckload after truckload dumped the bodies from visegrad (1992) into the river, or they were pushed off the bridge (yes, the bridge over the drina, ala ivo andric)while they were being decapitated. by guess which forces?

so this was the infamous "ethnic cleansing" you've heard tell about, that some of you think is so funny, or "western propaganda" the lies of christiane amanpour, bla bla bla. so much "propaganda" yet so many bodies, or to be more accurate, so many body parts.

and that is the legacy that the present serbian govt continues to protect. to harbor. of course, mladic, but also so many smaller fish, so called.

it is an ugly past, it is not over, and no i do not believe in collective guilt, BUT if the vast majority of a country, of a people, supports such policies, or accepts such policies, then where the shoe fits...

when people there demand justice for the victims of their state, rather than pretending it is just the distant past, or "all sides did bad things," ancient animosities, bla bla... then maybe we will see progress. oterwise, just more bs, more harboring of mass-murderers.

ciao!

Yes Mr Brammertz that would be the day. Just after the complete humiliation in the UN, not getting anything in reward from the EU, EU states not having ratified Association agreements, Tadic extradites Mladic...do you have a music wish too?

A also agree that Belgrade should do more. Besides Mladic, there 100s of war criminals living among their victims, and Serbia does nothing to bring them to justice. This is very unjust to the victims who were raped and tortured during this aggression on innocent civilians.
