@zoran I as an Albanian would like to thank you for your consistency on never changing your mindset! Please keep it up. We need the Serbs to live in denial. Cheers Spunky

I thank you Spunky for your kind attention. I know who is in denial and who is facing reality. It was ethnic Albanians who were saying there was nothing to negotiate only a month ago but now they are all for it. I have been saying all along that negotiations are inevitable. The only question is how do we sell it to ethnic Albanians? Well, the answer is simple, make it look as though Serbia was defeated and they will accept it. How did they get EULEX in? Remember, they made it look as though ethnic Albanians rejected it so Serbians somehow favoured it - "EULEX made in Serbia" was the slogan.

In the truth lies the deception and in the deception lies the truth. Yin and Yang.

Of course "status" cannot be put on the agenda as it has already been resolved. It is just the finer details of that status that need to be negotiated. If you guys are happy with your "independence", with no international legitimacy, no UN seat and no membership to international sporting clubs then I am happy also. The difference is that I don't call that independence.

Now, it's time to negotiate so lets see what gets put on the table. Živeli!!

Mr Bogdanovic,be honest and tell your people that the status won't even be mentioned in the dialogue, otherwise, you (Serbian gov) wouldn't agree to change the text in the resolution. Therefore, it can not and will never be the 'central topic of the dialogue'.Sometimes,i can't help but wonder, who's target audience for such statements made by our politicians??

"Minister for Kosovo Goran Bogdanović has stated that Serbs entering into Kosovo institutions is not unrealistic."

I am glad that FINALLY even Belgrade is giving up and admiting that independence is IRREVESIBLE.

The number of Serbs who are dreaming otherwise is extremely low, that can be counted in fingers...unfortunately one or two exist already in this thread...

Well let them be entertained for a few more weeks before is too obvious...:)

Agreed as long as the world bodies are Anti-UDI. It's called REPLACEMENT. And KiM is Serbia, so they're OUR institutions by default. Including EULEX.

Elements of status will certainly be discussed, however, status itself will not be fully resolved in the way ethnic Albanians or Serbians may want. You see, status is already resolved in that more than autonomy, less than independence is the only way. It's just the finer details that need to be discussed and agreed.

Kosovo will never become fully independent but I wonder what Serbia will offer for more concrete control in KiM? I can see Serbian control over the northern administrative border (or removal), Belgrade having direct control of the north, Serbian police returning, freedom of movement and travel to and from the enclaves.

What will Serbia offer in return? Perhaps membership into some groups. Council of Europe, OSCE and others in a non-voting capacity? I can see "Kosova" having some legitimacy within the EU but not international (UN).

Lets see what gets put on the table. Hopefully we can come to an agreement acceptable to all so we can move forward in a more peaceful manner.
