Tadić at UN General Assembly session

Serbian President Boris Tadić will lead a Serbian delegation at the 65th session of the UN General Assembly in New York from September 20-25.

And where will the president of that thriving new independent nation in the Balkans be speaking this month?

Probably performing his duties within borders which Tadic cannot cross, eventhough he claims that "he" is the president of the land.

Are the Thaci KLA delegation going to have "guest" seats at the UN General Assembly?

All kidding aside, its clear that Kosovo is heaving a high opportunity cost for it's intransient attitute under the Thaci government.

The current "technical negotiations" are a chance for both sides to seek true open solutions not imposed by outside parties.

The Kosovari can disagree all they want but without a negotiated settlement with Serbia, Kosovo is a frozen protectorate.
