History repeats itself, the problem is that you do not learn from it! =)
(Jovan, 18 September 2010 21:56)

Jovan,

In spite of all your bluster, even you know that the Serbian military and police has been reduced to no more than 30,000 men. Nato has required this reduction, although there is no such restriction put on the Military of the Republic of Kosova. However, Serbia may have difficulty reaching that measly number of troops due to the financial and economic meltdown occuring in Serbia, as we speak. Keep in mind, the Kosova Military and Police have been trained and equipped according to NATO standards, this means the most advanced training, equipment and Arms. Serbia, unfortunately, cannot join NATO and, therefore, will have to settle for "hand me down" Russian issued arms, like the ones used in Afghanistan by Russian troops thirty years ago, with little success, might I add.

Jovan

well, we will see who actually really needs a "reality check" here... =)

but even the dumbest of the dumb will realize some day that the US are gonna leave southern Serbia.

and then, my friend, some of those "heroes" will be quite frightened, and try to escape.

just like this socalled muslim-hero Naser Oric, who fled in womens-clothes instead of staying and being responsible.

just go on dreaming, my friend, the awakening will come. that´s something you can count on. definitely.

and as some of those stupid little kids with their ridiculous rambo-phrases, ...some of our dear k-albanian friends will stop writing pathetic comments here...

Mother Serbia will embrace you, just a question of time, my friend.
and who does not wish to be embraced, will be free to go away... since Serbia is a country of the free!!! in the best american sense! =)

but that will take time of course, ...nevertheless, it is yours to wait for that, since you won´t have a say.

history repeats itself, the problem is that you do not learn from it! =)

Pejoni you talk tough for someone living in a so-called country that does not have a military. As for Presevo, keep dreaming. I recall the Serbian forces waxing Albanian terrorists there while the international community only watched, and the survivors ran back to the safety of Kosovo like cowards. It was amusing to watch, believe me.

By the way, it is now almost six months since your promised KSF base was to appear in the north. You were wrong again :).

I recognize the names of a few posters here who claim to want negotiations with Kosovo.

Yet, they whine and blame the evil West for their demise. Now, their rhetoric reminds me of the Milosevic days.
I'm sure they miss him dearly.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

As Kosovo is a Serbian province ruled by UN as per 1244 international troops should be there. And stay there!
(Ron, 17 September 2010 14:38)

That really it's going to be decided by Nato and Kosovo. Russia and Serbia can shout all they want, but really there is not anything they can do.

What are they going to buy these weapons with? Are you going to have a garage sale of donkeys?
If NATO leave then no more Albanians.

(GaGA, 17 September 2010 15:45)

But your Albanians have to turn up to the negotiations and status is on the table. They are going to break the news to you guys gently over the next few months. Remember that concessions were made on all sides; Serbia did not mention status in the resolution and US agreed to real negations.

(Michael Thomas, 17 September 2010 17:40)

NATO has lost the war in Afghanistan which will prove the death knell of that organization. In essence to have any chance at being in the world domination game they have to control large sections of energy and with the US losing Iraq it is more painful than you can imagine, but now with Afghanistan going the same way and that means that the Caspian oil and gas fields will be split between Russia and China. Europe will be at the mercy of Russia.
NATO is dead and they are waiting for an appropriate time to bury it. Once it leaves Afghanistan it will be reorganized with a new name and the US will not have little influence on this new defense group.
It is the only time in history that a country like the US has destroyed itself.

Tough luck Anders! Why the unease? What are you afraid of? Not JUG, the largest base in the Balkans? Is it our new prof. army? A repeat of the Sri-Lankan scenario? OR RUSSIA'S ARMY guarding the coming S.Stream?
(highduke, 17 September 2010 19:00)

S. Stream is passing through NATO land (Bulgaria + Turkey +Croatia etc) No need to protect it its not like Nigiria.

Look how far UKRAIN has gotten with main and only pipeline from Russia u really think u will be rich from transit fees.

Serbia needs at least 100 to 150 Fiats and then we can talk, avg Serb makes 150Euros a month and u come here and talk as if u are smal swizerland.

Tell me 1 thing what does Serbia offering that Bulgaria is not, Macedonia, Hungary etc.

Cheep labor they all got it u are a land locked country what are u offering really?

We all know how fast albanians ran when the 3 km buffer zone between Kosovo and the rest of Serbia was retaken by the Serbian army. Even after the albanians said they would fight until the end. Albanians have never been good fighters. The know how to hide in the hills and watch how someone else does the fighting for them. Its easy to have a big mouth behind NATO. Once they leave you should start to worry.

Kosovo is NATO occupied territory. NATO's occupation has nothing to do with Albanians or Serbs; it is purely based on a mad plan for world domination which will ultimately lead to wars with Russia and China.

If NATO lose those wars, then Kosovo will return to Serbian control.

Zero occupational NATO troops in KiM is the best option.
