I would recommend Mrs Hillary Clinton or the German foreign minister Westerwelle. "To be unbaised as well"

Impossible, these are the ones who are going to represent you.

"You just come here to vent your prejudices. "

What you call "prejudices" are all confirmed and reinforced by the actions of successive Serbian governments. Believe me I would be the happiest if any of my predictions - negative for you - proved to be wrong. So far I was always right.

Joe - seriously, isn't there some Trianon support group that you can go and bother with your issues? You really are tedious. You just come here to vent your prejudices. I can't remember when I ever heard you contribute something constructive to the discussion.

"Neither UN nor EU are saying anything about ' negotiations", the key wording is dialog on technical issues"
Kosova-USA

Exactly, the key wording is dialog on technical issues.
This is the reason why I stated that there will be no dialog for a long time because mentally Serbia is not ready for it.

He assessed that the most important responsibility for the beginning of the negotiations lies with the EU and UN.

“It is hard to say when the negotiations will begin and who will determine the date," Ivanović added. “Both sides must agree on the beginning of the negotiations, but also those who will be included,” he stated.

To be unbiased, instead of recommending myself, I recommend Slovakian FM Mikulas Dzurinda OR the foreign minister of Cyprus as the mediator

Of course they need a mediator, who else can speak for the "kosovo-institutions"? This isn't 1 country talking to another, this is one institution talking to another, for the good of the population.

The Albanians had their chance with their so-called independance, but as of recently they have nothing else to discuss, only autonomy conditions.
