The Ukrainians were members of KFOR, a NATO led peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, and they were allowed to go back to Ukraine until the investigation is completed, the Priština-based daily Koha Ditore reported on Thursday.

WOW, they just left to never return to face justice. Cowards..............
