SNS, DS most popular parties

According to the latest CeSID survey, both Democratic Party (DS) and Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) have 29 percent of the voters' support.

If an election was called now, the ruling coalition would come back with more seats judging from the latest opinion polls.

The Opposition as well as being unelectable, are an incoherent mess and would not be able to mount much of a challenge against Tadic and the Socialists. The LDP and Radicals would struggle to hold the 5% threshold while Kostunica's DSS would lose seats too.

Regarding the minorities (Hungarians, Croats, Bosniaks and Albanians) it is as you were but this time could keep the pressure on Tadic for greater devolution and speeding up of EU accession.

Either way the DS is sitting pretty with the Socialists once again holding the balance of power.
