Kostunica made mistake after mistake after mistake and alienated a lot of people unnecessarily. He is really not in a position to lecture anyone about failed policies.

You cannot compare the loss of Kosovo to ANY failed policy anyone before Tadic had.

The US installed Vojo to get rid of the incumbent and democratically elected president Milosevic and so he was a traitor and an agent working for foreign powers against his people.

Later he made a "Hamid Karzai" for showing certain interests in the well being of his country and the ongoing nasty gang rape the western US-led powers are comitting, and so he is a "nationalist" which their media both here and there are parroting every day.

Vojislav Koštunica has shown some spine and as a country beliving in christian good values, we should line up behind him, because he´s the only one we got.

Say what you may of Vojo, but he is right when it comes to Tadic and EULEX.

I have said it from the very beginning that letting EULEX in is a big mistake.
Expecing it to stick to six points was eally silly and I'm sure that Tadic & Co. are not that silly. They knew what path they were on and yes, I have also said that Tadic is selling Kosovo out while saying that he is doing everything to stop it from breaking away.

As long as Serbians everywhere keep repeating, over and over again, that they will never recognize Kosovo as an independent country, it doesn't matter what else happens. So what if they start talking to Prestina via the UN. All they need to do is keep saying the same thing, "We will never recognize Kosovo as an independent country. Never." Never means never. This whole thing on the UN resolution is a mass holucination and if the Serbians believe it, then they really will have lost something.

Nobody with any sense wants Kosovo to become a real country. It is not fit to do so and not even the petulant manipulations of the US, Germany and the rest will change that.

Don't be too jubilant, Kosovari, not everyone in KiM believes that the Serbian/EU resolution to the UN is a big victory for the K Albanians, including your own.

Hi John, journalist,

I am not a great fan of the Germans and the EU either but generally the Irish are not as anti-EU and anti-German as you are. Are you a Serbian-Irish by any chance? I have no problem at all with it. It is only my curiosity

As usual, Kostunica is one of the few politicians in Serbia capable of recognizing and reporting the truth. It is sad that Serbs support the traitors Tadic' and Dacic' for the distant hope that the European Union will accept Serbia as a somehow "equal" partner. Serbia will one day enter the EU as a "slave" state and wages will remain low. Maybe the EU/NATO are right! Maybe most Serbs are too stupid to recognize the truth when it is handed to them on a platter.

Once again, Vojo is right on the money. I would love to see this guy as Prime Minister, or even Foreign Minister. Let's hope that the voters in Serbia grab a brain and throw these sellouts out.
At least we know that Vojo will defend SERBIAN self interests, not the self interests of Germany, Tony Blair, and the NATO.

Kostunica again makes a talk-is-cheap comment against the EU blackmailing of Serbia, yet his party refuses to openly, once and for all, declare itself against EU membership.

From Kostunica, who claims to have been asleep at the wheel when Milosevic was kidnapped and taken to his death at the Hague, nothing can be expected in the form of real action. He too was put in power by the same US-funds that put his co-conspirators in the DS in power through the same coup.

Until there is a truly independent political party that has the moral strength to back up such words with a commitment to NEVER join the EU, there will be no option for the people to support against the creeping annexation of the whole of Serbia by the German-dominated US-vassal federation called the European Union.

How a nation of such a relatively high level of education can allow itself to be led by such spineless, corrupt and devious political leaders is a subject to be examined within an assessment of the damage that 50 years of communism did to the Serbian spirit.

Sincerely,

John Bosnitch

Kostunica is right because we would've won at the UN if our govt hadn't been blackmailed with EU exclusion & Seselj's release but as long as Anti-UDI UN states know this, no significant number of new recognitions will take place. Ultimately it's up to Serbs to unite behind BRIC as much as our minorities (who make up almost 18% of the population ie 1/5 citizens) are behind Eurocracy.

What's interesting is that the opposition to the government's sell-out was practically muted whereas those supporting the government (especially those funded by the US and west) made the headlines. The spin was very obvious and if the government doesn't produce good results for Serbia this last time, I doubt the people will be as forgiving next time. The ball is in their court.

Voja

Is anyone still listening to this guy? If I remember correctly, he was the prime minister when Kosovo left for good. Thou doth protest too much, Voja. Let Serbia move ahead without your constant whining and obstructionism.
