People like Adam KNOW it is the Albanians who are doing it all but admiting it doesn't serve their pupose of always having to be victims so they must make the Serbs the bad guys even though the Serbs are the victims. How can they sleep at night?
(Peggy, 3 September 2010 03:31)

Actually what you say is true, but true for all parties. Everyone has claimed "victim status" in Kosovo and used it to justify anything they do....and I do mean all parties. Sadly, use of this technique is not limited to Kosovo or the Balkans. The mantle of victimhood is used to justify a lot of injustices. Everyone is so focused on past injustices the fail to pay attention to the future.

UNMIK should act on this. This should be discussed in New York. As it is the UN who is in control of Kosovo. Not the 'government' in Pristhina!

(Ron, 1 September 2010 17:25)

Yeah, probably on paper....

I'm sure Zanier will prepare a nice report about that for the shelves of the UN library for everybody to enjoy reading :)

It seems more likely to me that the same people are throwing grenades at returning Serbs and Roma who expelled these Serbs and Roma some years ago:

Former KLA-members and mobsters !

I am guessing that AdamNYC also believes that Serbs destroyed their own cemeteries as well.

1. AdamNYC:

"i agree, we can expect more attacks on serbs, serb extremists would think nothing of abusing kosovo serbs for their own purposes as they have for the last few decades.

heres to hoping kosovo police can do their utmost to protect serbs who happily exercise all the rights, representation and powers in the country they live in... from foreign Extremists within serbia who seem eager to export their violence into kosovo.
(AdamNYC, 2 September 2010 12:35)"

He believes that these people are Serbian "extremists".

"Special units of the Kosovo police have already been deployed in northern Kosovo and they will continue to be sent to this region," Bajram Redzepi said in Pristina.

Nice exposure there for your so-called "special" units, who hired you?

Peggy

Is he trying to force Tadic's hand and plunge the region back again into war. If the Serbian army do roll in you can expect the KLA rabble to come rolling back accross the Mitrovica bridge.
(Niall O'Doherty, 1 September 2010 16:35)
=====================

Niall, he is trying to provoke Serbia into something, anything because the Albanians need this in order to remain "victims".

Unfortunately, we can expect increase in attacks on Serbs as well.

albanian Special Units are operating in Northern Kosovo....they most certainly are. These units are happily named the Donkey Brigade supported by the Squaters Regiment. Someone grab me another brew, this story gets funnier by the hour.

Mike

pre 13 godina

"Special units already in northern Kosovo"? Wouldn't we have heard about them by now? Or are the Serbian MUPs also in the region neutralizing Rambo Rexhepi's Neo-Illyrian Power Rangers?

Ron

Where is the EU now? Come on! Brussels should speak out on this. And tell the Albanians that the UN/EU are controlling Kosovo!

Niall O'Doherty

Who are these 'special units'? Is Pristina that thick enough to try provoking the local Serb and Roma population who want nothing to do with them and attempt to seize the North.

Thaci thinks he can take the North with an incoherent strategy backed up by a rag tag group of rabble.

Is he trying to force Tadic's hand and plunge the region back again into war. If the Serbian army do roll in you can expect the KLA rabble to come rolling back accross the Mitrovica bridge.

Of course they are. Who else has been throwing grenades and causing instability in the North?

Milan

Kosovo Albanians should get it in their heads once and for all that Kosovo Serbs do not want to have anything to do with "Kosova" and the KLA thugs who are symbolically put "in charge" by their Western masters.

Special units of MUP much better equiped financed & organized than any of those directed by the temporary institutions's, also operate throughout KiM

..and Kosovo is a harmonious and multi-ethnic environment. Nice try, Redzhepi, but we don't see your phantom units up here.
