Because Serbia overlooked it…!

Wrong. If Serbia overlooked it they would not be going to the UN with it now.

Funny you didn't post the rest of his comment to show the FULL point Ron was trying to make. Running out of words..... ?

No, just out of words he can distort.

Actually NO. ICJ only said that saying it was legal but pushed the hard question of whether they had the right to do it to the UN.
Why are you overlooking this?

Bosnia should speak out against illegal Kosovo independence! (Ron, 27 August 2010 14:07)

It is very legal Ron.Serbia had doubts about that and asked the international court of justice. The ICJ said it is legal.

we all know kosovo's independence was perfectly legal, perhaps you havent received the serb apologists propaganda memo as that nonsense has all but dissapered since serbs icj scheme failed hard.

The greater failure is in the hands of the so-called Kosovo "officials.... where are these recognitions, (since the law is fully supporting your quasi-cause)... hmmm makes one wonder.

The point is this, ICJ is an opininative factor. Not relevent to the cause of Serbia protecting it's borders.

What would you do, as an american, if Texas tomorrow declared independance? And dont just reply by saying; "it wont/cannot happen",, I am speaking hypothetically.

indeed, the moment they get rid of the undo, undeserved, undemocratic representation bosnian serbs stole through violence and blackmail.... then bosnia can begin making great strides.

Let me give you a "guessing" what Bosnia-Herzegovina will decide to vote on the next UN General Assembly when it comes to Serbian resolution.
It will abstain! Still the Serbian factor is very powerful there and unfortunately it is a country that can not make a tough and realistic decisions.

To the West: Wow! Bosnia is really a state well-functioning.

Bosnia should speak out against illegal Kosovo independence! Or be silent about any attempts of Serbs and Croats to move away from Bosnia!

Bosnia has no say on the global front. Literally speaking Bosnia is not even a country. It was created so it would eventually fall.

This Kosovo situation is a very delicate one for the Bosnians. I am sure many Muslim Bosnian would love to support the so-called Kosovo independance, but the reality is they can't and won't. The moment this happens, Serbs from all over former-Yugoslavia will have the reasons and LEGAL backing to declaring independence all over. The Balkans does not need this, and apparently the Balkans doesnt want it. The West has now pushed the Serbs to supporting there "nationalist" leaders , and with sensible reason. Milosevic is more popular than ever amongst the people, Seselj, if he comes back will have a hero's welcome... Now tell me... was this the objective the Americans had for the Serbian nation? a possible "greater-Serbia"? If not, than this was simply terribly played out.
