Even if they offer one hundred times more the Serbs in Kosovo will not integrate into a Muslim society that is run by drug lords, war criminals, thugs, and the scum of the earth. They consider themselves citizens of the Republic of Serbia and have valid Serbian passports and they will never ever get a so-called imaginary "Kosovo passport". Forceful integration will certainly mean war and nobody is waiting for that.

Where in the world does Pristina get 5 million dollars legitimately???

5 mil is nothing compared to 500 mil euros that Belgrade designated for Kosmet Ministry and its cronies. I am dying to know where that money has gone, or maybe former Bishop Artemije has stashed that amount somewhere in the bunker.

I am not doing anything by speaking my mind to increase or reduce conflicts between Kosovo Albanians and Serbs. Serbs do not want anything to do with Albanians and they are just boycotting your society like Albanians decided to boycott the Yugoslav and Serbian societies. After 500 years of Ottoman occupation Serbs are not going to live in a Muslim-dominated society. It is just that simple and it time to get that into your head once and for all. Serbs in Kosovo have all the rights not to accept the UDI and so as far as they are concerned they are just living in Serbia as before. Just keep your money and spend it to improve the lives of your own people. Serbs in Kosovo do not want to be used to promote your failed project.

Its ment to make Serbs think there is an endless supply of cash while the truth is that its a short term investment from the West. Should northern Serbs accept Pristinas rule the cashflow will stop and ethnic clensing will continue. Serbs, be aware!

Simply throwing money at a perceived problem rarely if ever helps. Billions have been dumped into Kosovo over the past 30 years and what are the results? Turbo-mansions atop a hill overlooking an unpaved road.

Try allocating 5 million for southern Mitrovica. It needs it a lot more.

What about the stoning and shooting at of Serbs trying to return to their homes in Kosovo, boki? Who is creating problems between Serbs and Albanians in those instances? I have to agree with you here... an enormous sum of money from Belgrade has simply vanished into thin air (or politicians' pockets). Money deisgnated for roads and infrastructure in places like Gracanica and Mitrovica has been siphoned off with little to no accountability. This should have been investigated long ago.

milan, but the Serbs could live side by side with the Muslims during Tito's time? and we're talking about a type for 30 years ago. Albanians, Serbs, Bosnians, croater live side by side. the Albanian population has lived under difficult conditions in many decades. so it is clear that the Albanians do not want to live under Serbian rule. it does not matter if the new government in Belgrade is democratic. they have still Slobodan mentality! Serbs will only make it much harder for themselves in northern Mitrovica.And one more thing! just beacause albanians are muslims it doesen't mean that we are " terrorist " IF we are terrorists we could blow the damm out of serbs during tito's time. but we didn't we are peacefull people!
