Your representative and only authority (UNMIK), can only discuss your status with the Serbian governement.

Well, it's not that we want to discuss the status with Serbia and we can't so Zanier does it for us. We don't want by choice to discuss the status with Serbia.

As for the "representative", Zanier is the UNSG's representative, not my representative.

Finally, as for the authority, yeah he has the power to hire and fire of what remains of UNMIK employees and write reports to the UN, which, by the way he does very well. Of course it has a lot of time on his hands... :)
