Let me know in which albanian newspaper your "Int'l Law 101 book" has been printed and I'll have a look at it for to have a good laugh.
(Joachim, 24 August 2010 17:41)

The same ones which said that according to "Int'l Law 101" Kosovo’s UDI did not violate resolution 1244, even though many were shouting to the contrary without even reading it.

Perhaps, in the meantime, you could have a look at UN charter and Helsinki final act.
Just google it, it's available on the internet even at your place :)

Nice… I’m impatiently waiting for you to show me the citations from those acts which would make Serbia’s lawsuits successful at the ICJ.

@ Johnny:
If you want to block assets or seize investments you would need a UNSC resolution under chapter 7, which would never happen and you know why.
Or are you promoting the law of the jungle?

Concerning the rest of your arguments, THERE"S NO FREE BEER !!!
all those who pretend something different are blatantly lying.
You only can subscribe some loans which you would have to pay back with the last resting jewels of the crown,
which, definitely, is not in Serbia's interest either.
Cheers,
Joachim

The interest of Serbia would have been to sue individually each and every country which broke international law by recognizing illegally Albanian UDI.
(Joachim, 23 August 2010 22:34)

That is very naive. So then you sue them one by one. What do you expect, they'd just sit and take it? Or they'd be furious and cut every single dollar they give Serbia, which are billions; or maybe even block every bank account Serbia has in outside banks. Confiscate all of Serbia's investments. No matter the issue nobody like being made a fool in front of everyone. They wouldn't allow Serbia which is the size of a neighborhood in one of these countries (in terms of population) even attempt to sue them. These guys make the laws, they enforce these laws and you think you going to beat them with their own rules and the rules they themselves enforce. That is short-sighted. Even in the unlikely event how would you enforce the court's ruling on the likes of USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan?

Go and read few pages of any Int'l Law 101 book and you'll very quickly understand what the outcome of those lawsuits would be...

He pointed out that "a number of people in Serbia are waiting for their country to be defeated", so they could blame the current government.

Read it Highduke. You are one of those people.
