This is excellent news. Now Serbia needs to work to get rid of all the badly polluting cars and trucks - it doesn't have to take them off the road, but people should be fined for not keeping their cars mechanically and environmentally sound. This may not help Belgrade's traffic problem, but it will make it cleaner and also safer.
