Deal on Russian military presence in Armenia

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sarkisian have signed a deal extending Moscow's lease of a military base by 24 years.

I'm happy for Armenia. I just wish the Serbian government would allow Russians to build a military base in northern Kosovo. Since Belgrade is not willing to do what it takes to protect Serbs from albanian aggression perhaps mother Russia will.
