The Hague Tribunal has partially accepted Radovan Karadžić's request to postpone his trial.

I am not a lawyerbut I disagree with you. I think the the ICTY judges are giving too much «time» to Dr K. for all sorts of reasons. His numerous victims did not benefit of the same attention.

Why shouldn't they I suppose? The outcome was pre-determined a long time ago and no matter how much time he has to prepare a defence it won't make the slightest bit of difference. And before anyone says anything I am not in any way defending Mr Karadzic or anyone else standing trial. As a practising lawyer I am defending the principles of the law which unfortunately the excruciatingly useless prosecution team at the ICTY seem to have no idea about.
