RKS is clearly displaying the problem most K. Albanians have. You believe your people are more valuable than they actually are. Israel was something essential for the West. Yes there are similarities in both. As both are Western projects.. Israel's future is unknown..but I would bet their project in the Balkans has about a 20 year lifespan, at best.

Kosova-USA
I would add that it looks like Serbia ran out of that nutrition given to her by NATO 11 years ago.
Kumanovo Agreement mentions an agreed number of personnel which at this moment is zero.
I would really like this clown to try to send that "personnel" in Kosovo and see where he gets by ignoring this zero number.

You had to submit, a request for permission to come and visit, which was granted by K-Govermant, and you talking about bringing personnel.

Resolution 1244 says nothing about some "K_Government" approving anything. Resolution 1244, however, does state that security and military personnel can go in to guard sites. Seeing how Res 1244 was approved by UN you really don't have any say in it.

It looks like Economical Crises has hit hard Serbia more than EU/USA since some here seem to suggest maybe this was a way out.

And why pay extra when most of them dont live in Kosovo just few days a month

Can't wait for Serbian personel to go to Kosovo and Metohija. Serbia does have a legitimate right to send its military there as long as it is not more than 1000 soldiers. This according to Resolution 1244.

@Nikola,

This isn't freedom of religion or freedom of movement. In your eyes, it is a foreign leader coming to your "country" and telling the people of Gracanica that their capital is Belgrade.

RESPONSE: You clearly haven't heard of FREEDOM OF SPEECH either.

The separatists occupying Pristina know very well that having Dacic in Gracanica against their interest so if they could block it, they would.

RESPONSE: Incorrect. Pristina has blocked a lot of visits, the only time any official can enter Kosovo is on a private visit for religious reasons. If Pristina blocked ALL movements Serbia and the likes of you would cry wolf and all that garbage about Serbs not being able to travel freely.

Maybe most of Kosovo is out of reach for Belgrade. But a country it is not. Just a welfare project by the West.

RESPONSE: I couldn't have put it better myself. With the Serbian RSD (Dinar) hitting the toilet Serbia for the last three (3) years has depended on Western loans to keep it afloat. In fact in the past 5 years Serbia has borrowed money at a HISTORIC rate. Nearly every week there is an article in B92 alone about someone from Belgrade trying to "negotiate" a loan with IMF to cover budget deficit. Serbia at its peak was an economic powerhouse in the Yugoslavia, now, it has been turned into a bread-basket relying on Western support to maintain day-to-day operations.

Albanians love to talk about "reality" as if their truth is the only truth. Well when the foreigners pull out, we will really see reality vs. fantasy.

RESPONSE: Threatening with war will not solve any issues. History has taught a valuable lesson. Look at Israel, a country carved out by the West...literally Jews were flown into modern day Israel, abolished the Palestine government, and a new state was created. It's safe to assume that by the time EULEX, NATO|KFOR, and UN|UNMIK leaves that Kosovo will be able to defend its territorial sovereignty. I wouldn't keep my hopes high if I was in your position.

Furthermore, my example with Israel is only illustrates statehood aided by the "West", in no way shape or form am I saying the West created Kosovo; Albanians or Kosovars ruled these lands before Serbs knew there was land on the other side of the Ural mountains.

As I mentioned, time is on our side. As long as there are Kosovars there will be Kosovo, and there is nothing you or your "government" in Belgrade can do about it.

Nikola,

you must have never heard of FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT or FREEDOM OF RELIGION.

I assure you, that your Interior Minister did ask for permission from Pristina. It'll be his last approval since he lied and used the opportunity on political grounds that are not RELIGIOUS in nature.

You can send up to 1,000 to visit the monasteries after the Kosovo government approves them all. They can not be military personnel of course because of the military and air buffer between Kosovo and Serbia.

Nikola

@KosovoUSA..

That is just a flat out lie. Please explain to me why would a illegitamte government.. allow a legitamate country to come in and preach something else.. and send their approval.

Either you are lying, or K. Albanian "leaders" are just very stupid for "allowing" this.

Kosovo-international proctorate, never a state, ever.
