This is an overt interference in the affairs of Serbia. Serbian Government does not want to "rock the boat" even though their chances of getting into E.U. are slim to none. There is a Serbian community in Hungary so why not "reciprocate"?

Sounds like Vojvodina is setting up an exit for departure.

On what grounds?
Are they going to start murdering Serbian police up there too? Are they going to harass Serbian children and then start a war?
What do you think they will do in order to achieve this? They can't follow your model. It hasn't worked the first time, let alone the second.
