An Albanian "Kosova" is a lawless land and for that reason alone will never achieve independence - otherwise it is rewarding terrorism and criminals. I don't only mean ethnic Albanian criminals but also Western criminals.
If peace and co-existence is not agreed upon soon, the path to future conflict will remain open.
This is not an isolated crime as it's a pattern of crime and cover up presumably based on kinship. The degree of separation is not great - it is likely many people know who the guilty party is but are keeping silent.
Speak up, cleanse your soul and collect your reward. It will buy you a Montenegrin passport and you can live a better life in the EU.

After 1999, the West used what Milosevic did to justify the murder and destruction of Serbs and their property. Two wrongs don't make a right. People have to investigate all crimes fully and punish all criminals to the fullest extent. Anyone willing to kill children is someone I wouldn't want on my side, whether he is Serbian, Albanian, or a US citizen. That should be the end of that. What kind of credibility do you have as a person for insisting that Serbia is politicizing this investigation? It's the anniversary and people remember this.
