No it is you who didn`t get my point. The opposition wants a apology for something what is absolutely not condamnable, because Tadic aims with his steps to have a more favourable position for Serbia in that contract, even when it is most likely to late. I`m even here in favor of the Serbian government, unlike in your claims. However for that, he should have thought before scrapping NIS to the Russian oligarchs. Moscow just needed NIS to build SS through Serbia, even when it just covers a few miles around Romania. The Russians never ever intended to make this deal more favourable for the Serbia people, otherwise they would build it much more to the South where the whole country can be connected. Or explain to us all why Russia don`t invest more in Serbia, but to take the more and more advantage? What is Russia actually doing, huh? I don`t see nothing, except, taking, taking and from time to time saying Njet while occupying Georgian land.

Now, it will be Serbia to pay and this is especially after the NIS scrapping the icing.

No, Svoj, I/we don`t envy Serbia, not at all. The Russians play with you like with puppets and you get almost nothing from them, unlike the US who gave practically everything what was desired by the Albanian people. And No, we definitely don`t need that political weapon called Southstream which can used against you once you don`t jump fast enough when the master calls you. Albania just recently discovered huge reserves of oil and gas on its own territory, even when I would prefer renewable energy sources such as wind, water and solar.

Remains to be said: Congratz, Moscow for exploiting lost causes and making billions with them. I`m sure that Putin and the rest of his corrupt band will build more Datchas in Sotchi and the "evil, evil" West. The Serbia people do this with pleasure.

Gazprom = Russia.

Medvedev ex gazprom => Medvedev president of Russia.

Who will be the next presdient of Russia???

It is the owner of Gazprom that will say => Mr Putin and his mates.

Tadic => happy to speak to some area manager of Gazprom, it is simply a giant.

Insulted???

Yesterady Gemran Chancellor => today area manager in Gazprom => Mr Gerhard Schröder.

Now of course Tadic speaks to some smaller area manager of Gazprom (area manager for Balkans or even only east Balkans).

I think you misunderstood the story, JohnC. This is just political posturing among Serbian politicos, a pretty common thing in most of the democratic world, I would say. There was a story yesterday on B92 that covered the SS Pipeline transit route. It will eventually be decided by engineers and professionals doing field studies. The rest is, like I said, political ping pong. But, it appears, you have tried to cast something negative, as usual, on the Serbian government, yet never criticising your Albanian ones. Bet you wish Albania had the tough choice of where to run a gas pipeline. Play nice once in a while, it will go a long way to helping this wounded world.

OMG, I`m certainly not a fan of the current Serbian administration, but this is so ridicilous. What did Tadic do? BLASPHEMY???

Gazprom got NIS for nothing and now some people (even when late) notice that this could have been done more cleverly. Well, you reap what you sow, but calling for apology is well out of line. Some clearly lost their mind in Serbia regarding their relation to Russia.

Why Russia doesn`t change the route, if their friend to the Serbian people? Come on guys, those are just a few millions and it would help Serbia to connect all parts with the gas grid. No? Not even after the NIS scrapping? Well, thanks...
