That's true, but how many nations deal drugs as their "pastime" and have their top leadership accused by many of their own people as narco terrorists?

Ideally, if a government or their systems/laws give people a chance to succeed, many will try the "legitimate" way. But if the government is completely broken, it is every person for themselves.

While I find these mafia types completely immoral and reprehensible, what can anyone expect when the government is so broken?

Will moral and courageous leadership emerge? I genuinely pray so. If not, the convicts are in charge of the prison and Tadic cowers in a closet.
