Haradinaj files for release before trial

I have met many nice ones, Abi. They don't usually end up in the news, that's all.

If they release him before trial they would give him opportunity to get rid of few whitnesses who have survived. He should stay there forever.
I am sick of his "serious"face with glasess too. Criminal.

I Am Albanian who belives this man should be in Jail and sooner the better.

he is MR 10% for Dukagjin portion of Kosovo. Man without education gets money for factory in Gjakova that produces bricks, in Pec for beer, also if you want to lead a job in Kosovo you have to give him cash.

This man is a criminal and i hope he is not released ever, and not just for bribery but for killing people Serbs, albanian , roma or who ever.

Une, Kosovo needs hundreds more of people like Jason, to work in Kosovo. The NGO's, etc. there are just tools of the biased west. It cannot all go the Albanians' way - otherwise we have a recipe for disaster, and continuous fighting and animosity. Do the Albanians really want to live this way? And please, no replies from Albanjans in Brooklyn, your comments on this don't count.

What does it mean, reading both, together:

It wasn't Haradinaj in person who intimidated the witnesses (but maybe some clan members and/or buddies instead?), and that's whay he can be temporarily released?

He and another member of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) were initially acquitted of charged related to killings, torture, rape and intimidation of Serbs, other non-Albanians, but also ethnic Albanians in Kosovo in 1998, prior to the 1999 war there.

". . .prior to the 1999 war there. . ."

Those words dispell any doubt that the Albanians were orchestrating the theft of the Serbian province well before the Serbian security forces were deployed to stop these terrorists.

I dont know what you do in Kosova but i dont think you are the man for any job there.

Beni perhaps it does take the use of men such as Haradinaj to get what you call freedom.

But it takes real men to have the courage to speak out against these men when they involve themselves in barbarism or crime. It also takes maturity of a democratic kind. Are you ready for that.

I am pleased by the lack of Kosovo Albanians coming forward to defend Haradinaj here now. That says something about them.

If Haradinaj goes to Jail, why wouldn't Thaci? He is the bigger KLA leader, and responsible for more murders of civilians than Ramush. Would it be possible for America to eliminate Thaci's impunity, and allow the world courts to judge him? Probably not, that would make the US look bad , because they backed a killer and terrorist. Although, they listed him as a terrorist on their State Dept. list, before they needed him. Wonderful bedfellows that America makes. They are a truly disgusting nation, looking only to push their own agenda. I wish their demise.

I have nothing to do with either of them and freedom I enjoy in Kosovo is due to USA, I come from Gjakova so you know for sure i dont like Thaci, or Limaj.

Why you say i have no Albanian Blood because I dont agree with what they did last 10 years, and they did kill many Gjakovars during and after the war. He send our brothers and did not come to help in battle so dont tellme about the war I lost my own brother.

But this man is a bad apple and again Kosovo won freedom due to USA if you were in Kosovo during the war if it was nto for NATo (USA) u would be living in Albania right now.

This does not make me less albanian I want nothing more than to see my country achieve but it will never go far with people like this, look at Africa they had gurilla fighters leading them (Zimbabwe, Congo, Sier Leon and look at them now in 1960 they were growing by 5% now they are starving) Read some books get educated and accuse me of my nationalism.

This time he will be hung high my friends. They forgot to kill three very intimate witnesses that Eulex have looked up and that does not know each other. (Makes a lot of credit when they testify.) Also, quite a few will dangle with him later in this case, but they dont know it yet. It seems like the Albanians have thought that they were "home-free" with all the crimes they have done. I can tell you that there will be a 40-45 other persons who will be seeing the prison from inside during the next 10-15 years Eulex will be in Kosovo. Why do you think Thaci is so keen to stop the "supervised independence"? ;-)
