Before you hack away with comments about what belonged to "Yugoslavia" keep in mind that croatian companies like Agrokor employ thousands of Serbs. This means that croatian companies are not just a representation of croatia, but of a number of Serbs in whose interest it is to keep their jobs. Money has no nationality my friends.

If Serbia was paid for everything it lost during the war we would be a wethly nation. We were ripped off and our people humiliated and on top of that we get sued by a nation that expelled 250.000 Serbs who Croatia still refuse acces to their homes and property.
There is a reason Yugoslavia is no more. Serbia, be aware of your "friendly" neighbours.

Find other ways to extort money for your failing economy, Croatia. Companies that were privitized belonged to the former Yugoslavia, not to Croatia. When you left the federation, Croatia, you left any claim to any assets behind to what was left of Yugoslavia. You can't have it both ways, Croatia.

Can we then sue Croatia for confiscating then company Elektroistok? I haven't heard that they have paid anything to Elektroprivreda Srbija or the serbian state for nationalising the electrical grid that belonged to Elektroistok..
