Serbian tourists hurt in brawl

RTS reported that the attackers were albanians. Not surprising if true. 30 albanians against 1 serb. That's what albanians call a fair fight.

Its funny that this attack by 30 on one is labled a brawl, not a mob attack. Soon the western press will add another label to it"revenge attack".

unknow nationality? They were albanians! They only attack when they are in large numbers otherwise they run like cowards.

And he suffered only two broken ribs. What were they beating him with, feathers?

I find it strange to see someone who normally writes intelligent posts to minimize an assault resulting in broken ribs and hospitalization.

Were that you or someone in your family I would expect you would have a different feeling, Amer.

and how about serbian in Northern Mitrovica? around 40 serbs with weapon against 2 albanian in North Mitrovica, you call that fair? oh please, but i dont think it was albanians that did this.

Both Albanians and Montenegrins attack the weak in hordes. That's common knowledge and a well established fact in the Balkans, and I think they both learned that cowardly ritual from the "frog eaters" sometime during the Dardanian Age.
Since most of them look alike, I won't draw any conclusions until the perpetrators are in custody and Identified.

The Greeks really cut off their noses to spite their faces,as we would say: they cut the branch of a tree on which they climbed and sat on.One of the major resources of Greek economy is tourism which yield more billions of euros a year. Greece is known to be the tourist destination for lots of tourists from Europe and worldwide. Firstly, they have a truck drivers strike and we see the effect of the strike. Tourists are not able to buy daily needs,to see a doctor if necessary,and finally they are in dire need for the gas to tank the car if they came by car. It is being a nerve-racking search for that car-propelling fuel. Secondly,the alleged brawl broke out in a tourist resort and the victims are Serbian tourists. The police are reportedly carrying out a search of a gang of thugs. Should we still choose Greece as tourist destination.Lots of people cancel their trip to Greece and make alternative arrangements . I presume that next year people will think twice before making up their mind to choose Greece as their tourist destination.

The opposite is also possible. If a stranger behaves badly in Serbia, he can also be mobbed.

It just doesn't add up - the amount of implied violence and the resulting injuries.

And now it turns out (see Blic) that there were no broken ribs (only a slight concussion) and the overnight hospital stay was due to a problem with insurance payment.

And BTW - if my son had ever come home with such a story, I'd be just as sceptical. (I was strictly of the "carrying your shield, or on it" school - I've no idea how he turned out to be such a nonbelligerent.)
