of course they didn´t send a resolution ...

if american-british nonsens of the serb province being a neighbour could have passed the eu, they wouldn´t have dictated it to albania.

the same albania that is a failed state since 1997 and someone in the west got that brilliant idea to stop the problem resolve itself and to take away the weapons from albanians ...

"This Deputy FM never mentioned the word "Status". I wonder WHY?
(Kosova-USA, 31 July 2010 19:17)"

Because that would be unacceptable to some (most) member states. Likewise to exclude it would be unacceptable to some member states. So a resolution avoiding that is acceptable to all. However, it makes it meaningless because who, other than extremists, would object to such a general resolution? That is why Serbia had to get in first to prevent people like you trying to make something out of nothing...a bit like the ICJ decision.

The divisions in the international community become more visible every day.

“EU has not sent resolution to UN”

It should be:“EU has not sent resolution to UN yet” Rest assured that there will be an EU or US resolution in the UN.
