Conditions revealed for adoption of Mila

An expert committee of the Belgrade Communal Affairs Secretariat that is caring for Mila the dog has determined the criteria for her adoption.

Good, you’ve made a great start with Mila, and now it’s necessary to help all those other cats and dogs forced to live miserably and die prematurely on the streets of many countries in the Balkans.

Cats and dogs are not wild animals; they have been bred by humans over millennia as helpers and companions and they must be treated with the respect they deserve.

We English were once just as bad towards domestic animals – perhaps even worse.

But we changed, and so can you.
