"No evidence, trial would be political"

A court in London that rejected Serbia's motion for the extradition of Ejup Ganić said it based its decision on a lack of new evidence.

Lots of them were not so innocent considering the blood on their hands of Serbian civilians. How do you feel about them? It is OK just because they were Serbs?

“thanks, michael, i appreciate your openness about your support for the mass murder at srebrenica.”

I am quite surprised that a Serbophobe like you calls Srebrenica a mass murder and not the usual genocide. I hope that you understand that from now on you cannot call it genocide anymore unless you want to contradict yourself, which is normal for a lobbyist like yourself (you just speak in the direction of the wind).

Sabaton, when the soldiers are unarmed and withdrawing in line with an agreement your side agreed to less then two hours previously it is a crime.

To Ida, when he entered Serbia he had diplomatic immunity. Ever since he hasn't had that immunity he hasn't been back to Serbia or to any country that would extradite him hear.

Then according to your logic the Srebrenica massacre is no longer a massacre or a (war) crime (and of course definitely no genoicide). It was just a revenge killing of thugs responsible for killing thousands of innocent Serbian civilians around Srebrenica. In that case all Serbs wrongfully accused and sentenced by the Kangaroo court in The Hague should be released immediately and finacially compensated for the years being in prison innocently and for lost income.

Whem I heard the ruling of The English Court of law that the Serbian motion for Ganić’s extradition was without evidence,I was deeply frustrated. Instead of it,Serbia was accused of opening proceedings for political purposes . Is it the result of strong lobbists for Ganić’s own benefit. The UK judiciary must be politically coloured this time. I presume that it might be knock- on- effect of the judiciary in Serbia. Let us revise court cases in Serbia. Serbian court prolongs the proceedings against a former university student wanted in the US for allegedly beating an American classmate into a coma. How do the foreign judiciary consider our cases regarding ’’kidnapping’’ Miladin Kovačević(who was granted bail by USA judiciary) by Serbian consular officials. Serbian officials settled the dispute with U.S. by paying by paying a million dollars to the beaten classmate’ family. The proceedings came to a standstill. It has been almost two years that the case stands trial . Another case is of football thugs on trial who killed Chris Patton . The murder occurred almost two years ago, and it also came to a standstill. Is there a pressure by some politicians for the proceedings to be spun out. Politics have a great impact on the courts of law in Serbia as well as in other coutries worldwide.

Timothy Workman, the British Judge who has freed Ganic, is lying.

It is not the case that “two investigations, one by the International Criminal Court for the former Yugoslavia and the other by the prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, had concluded that there was no evidence for an indictment against Ganić.”

If you read this article from Radio Free Europe – A CIA radio station, you will see facts that expose Workman as a liar:

http://www.rferl.org/content/Bosnian_Courts_Could_Have_Resolved_Ganic_Case_Years_Ago/1981130.html

“Del Ponte "sent the case back to prosecutors in Bosnia on June 17, 2003, instructing them that it was their responsibility to further investigate the allegations against Ganic and determine whether there were grounds for a war crimes trial in Sarajevo"

"Frederick Swinnen, a political adviser to the chief prosecutor at the UN's war crimes court, says the court did not conduct its own investigation into the incident and that Del Ponte's decision was based "only on evidence received" from local prosecutors in Bosnia.

"Swinnen says those files were returned by The Hague to Sarajevo in 2004 and that The Hague ruling is not relevant to the extradition case in Britain because the British courts may have additional evidence.

"Today, you cannot ask [the UN's war crimes court] if there is sufficient evidence [against Ganic]," Swinnen says. "It is before other courts, and that is where it should be."

To claim that the extradition proceedings were instigated for “political purposes” is outrageous. Dozens of unarmed Yugoslav soldiers were murdered in cold blood by Moslem troops who violated their UN-brokered retreat from barracks in Sarajevo. This is a war crime under Geneva Conventions and the punishment of its instigators must be punished. This is a moral issue not a political one.

Clearly British courts are now more interested in politics than justice.

Why did Serbia even hand him over to western hands in the first place? The guy entered Serbia, despite his 1992 involvement in mass murder against honorably and passive retreating soldiers, and Serbia had him in its hands.

Serbia should never trust any of these NATO countries to be fair to Serbs or Serbia.

The double standards and the hypocrisy is so blatant that its almost frightening. Serbia will never find any justice in any of the western kangaroo courts.
The time for talk is nearing an end-what must follow are massive street protests and a forced but fair election. Im not worried about large scale violence because we all know very well where the entire Army will stand and most of the police forces-with the people of Serbia.

Im sure very soon, in a metter of less than a year Mr Tadic will be unemployed. but I believe that he could be of great use in one future capacity. After the next Serbian government withdraws its Embassy staff from washington and the US embassy and its staff are sent back home to thier country-we can promote Mr Tadic as a sort of shadow ambassador to the USA.

It should be fairly clear to all Serbians that we can have no trust in the Western system regarding Serbia. The time is coming to realign our interests.
