Surrender to €ULEX was the first nail Tadic & Co spiked into the coffin, ICJ the second and a perfect alibi for getting rid of Kosovo. When serbs wake up from their €U dreams, it will be all to late.That man and his regime is absolutely disastrous for the country we now know as "Serbia".

When will the Albanians learn – it’s business as usual. So much for the ICJ’s advice in “favour of independence”. You guys need to wake up – they are leading you over hill and dale with the promise of greener pastures. It’s now going onto 12 years of so called independence but the US/EU say just a little longer till 2012 then it will be 2014 and so on.

Albanian language daily Koha Ditore writes that International Civilian Office (ICO) Spokesman Andy McGuffie said that despite "some results there were still many areas that demanded a lot of work in implementation of Martti Ahtisaari’s plan".

I wonder what the UN will say about this since the A plan was never approved by them. Who gave theis plan permission to ago ahead? UN certainly didn't.

“OSCE takes note of the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice. I want to emphasize that the OSCE Mission in Kosovo will continue its work as mandated in a status-neutral manner,” he said.
====================

Status neutral? What about the A plan then? Are they taking orders from Pristina and still claim they are taking a status neutral stance? Spin, spin, spin.

Thaci came back from the U.S. saying it is time to end "supervised democracy" - and some high mucky-muck in the U.S. State Department (Philip Gordon) said (to RFE) the same thing - EULEX and KFor should stay around for a while longer, but it's time for Kosovo to receive true independence. So guess whose been elected to leave?

Easy to understand that Thaci & his buddies in the Kosovo government would prefer EULEX not to be present any more - we all know that they hinder their "business" with their permanent tries to fight corruption.

"Any mission that even after the ICJ CLEAR and UNAMBIGUOUS rule will continue to behave as 'status-neutral' should be kicked out immediately or reduced to an office with 3 persons (the rep, secretary and translator-so we get 2 jobs paid by them) :)

Now do you think I should care what Cypru has to say about my status even after the ICJ, so EULEX or OSCE have to remain status-neutral???

come one lets be serious... kick them out yesterday.

In the first place, the ICJ's verdict is not a rule. A rule is something that must be obeyed and can be enforced -- like a UNSC resolution. What ICJ had was a non-binding advice.

As for your wish to kick EULEX out, well, you might as well wish for the moon. They are there to supervise you for as long as they like. And there is nothing you can do about it. Just like there is nothing you can do about being locked out of the UN because of the Russians and Chinese.

I keep saying to those in favor of Kosovo's independence (particularly its leadership): look to Bosnia because that's what you're future's going to look like in the best of worlds.

No surprise here... and notice they say "at least" 2 more years. Thachi is just talking his usual BS as he did when he said Russia was going to recognize last year.
