About as likely as the ICTY releasing the (still secret) documents they had amassed in their secret investigation in to Izetbegovic for war crimes, i.e. none.

What does your comment have to do with the old and tired comments of the bishop.

Someone in the Serb camp needs to find this guy's job description. I think he lost it and he doesn't know what his job description is. He's making a mockery of your sunday church money. Seems like he hasn't tried to save any souls since this ICJ thing started; and here I was thinking God only cares about human souls and not human political borders. Someone needs to remind this bishop guy that those texts he learned in school state that earth is God's property. He made it he owns it; so this bishop guy is engaging in matters that belong to God not him. However its convenient when you have God as your boss. You can mess up as much as you want and he never fires you. Look at Iran, Afghanistan, Catholic Church, Church of Serbia. I don't know but that seems like one lousy manager. No good manager would allow anybody to remain in the same position even though they've continuously abused their position so much. That's one dysfunctional corporation if you ask me.

I wonder how quickly Mladic and Hadzic would be in the Hague if a UNSCR were passed calling for partition. If pressed, Serbia could even sweeten the deal by throwing in the documents that were allegedly ommitted from evidence in the ICJ judgement regarding Bosnia's genocide case.
