How about Russia and the rest will start to follow.
After all, didn't ICJ just say that it was not against the law?

RS can and will secceed. Read this following article by Matthew Parish
which is eyecandy to all Bosnian Serbs.

"The least bad option is to preside over Bosnia’s inevitable gradual disintegration with a moderating hand"

There won't be a referendum because the threat of a referendum is more useful and powerful. Dodik can get whatever he wants monetarily and politically with the threat of a referendum without delivering anything. He is making lots of money from the chaos he created. If he were to actually declare independence he would have to show results for his promises and might lose lots of business. Plus where will his budget come from, not the international community and not Serbia who does not have the money to run themselves.

This will be a very interesting meeting. What happens between now in Sarajevo in light of the ruling between now and the next few months will determine whether or not RS will seceede.

Whatever about Tadic, I would not like to be Mr Siljadzic right now. I'd say right now he is changing into a new clean pair of jocks.
