Serbia's Prime Minister Mirko Cvetković welcomed on Wednesday the <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes-article.php?yyyy=2010&mm=07&dd=21&nav_id=68572" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Hague Tribunal decision</a> to overturn its verdict that acquitted Ramush Haradinaj.

The Judge was right not to grant prosecutor extra time, since they(prosecution) had more than enough time. Retrial will not bring anything new. End result will be not guilty.
If Haradinaj is convicted, then America is convicted. They set up and backed this bottom-feeder. Prison time will give you plenty of time to practice your martial arts, Ramush. Maybe you can show Karadic some moves?

If the Hague Appeals Chamber had not reversed the verdict that formerly acquitted Haradinaj of all charges, I would consider it a breakdown of law within the Hague judiciary. Judge Patrick Robinson has stated that there was a lack of appreciation of Proceedings gravity and miscarriage of justice. The Tribunal did not take into account the witness intimidation posing a threat to their lives.The Tribunal also declined to grant the prosecution extra time to bring fresh witnesses of prosecution to the court of law.
