Kuqi should visit north and talk to the people and maybe convince them that their best interest is to listen to talking snakes.

Unfortunately:

1) He can't visit north that easy because there is (from his point of view "insurgent") Mitrovica unit of Kosovo Police which can decide on it's own who can visit the north and who cannot. For some reason they look always unhappy at my American passport - but always let me through with a smile after they discover the birthplace (Russia).

Hope, Kuqi was born in Russia, otherwise tough luck going to northern part of his own... "country"(???).

2) In general, in north a talking snake is considered to bring bad karma. Adam and Eve did listen to one - and it turned out to produce sub-optimal side-effects. So why should people listen to an other talking snake?

Hmmm... an ex-colleague of mine (R***k) had really a bad (and big) mouth. He was telling stories of him "sneaking" on the freeway while in Arizona. Basically - how he described - was that if he noticed a snake crawling on the freeway he slightly hit the brakes, so the car would skid a bit before hitting the poor animal and literally SMEAR it on the highway. Sounds pretty gross to me, but in some rare cases... maybe deserved.

Otherwise I have hard time believe his stories, he was talking sometimes about Asian girls being better than American and Russian ("my pick-up truck gets lesser damage if I hit them, they have smaller bones")

He did not have a pick-up truck, by the way. And always looked on the internet how to get a mail-order girl from Ukraina or Russia (never got any, no idea, why). Strange people... But just telling you his snake stories, hope you don't mind. ;-)

Anyway:

is Serbia's State Secretary for Kosovo... who, it cannot be said enough... has been voted for and represents no one in kosovo... Is in Fact Admitting that the recent explosive attack and attempt on a serb member of parliments life... are the actions of serbs themselves?

after all... he specifically says "pristina provoked serbs."

if he is not admitting the likelyhood of serb responsiblity...what exactly then does he refer to that serbs were supposedly "provoked" into doing?

tch... seems he must be having a hard time trying to keep up with the propaganda and stick to the latest scripts eh?

Because of semitic religions , snake has become a negative connotation, in illyrian cult snake had an important cult, both negative and positive. Until very lately most of village homes would not hurt a snake if they noticed one in their home. The home snake does not hurt, it protects the home.My point is that a snake dangerous to the serb and their semitic ideology, is efficient for our home.
