And your name is Danilo Muhamedcroatovic? Even if tanks were in the parking lot you are to blow a hospital up? Furthermore, what were the tanks in Belgrade going to do? Attack Kosovo from Belgrade?

Danilo

"It was a war crime. As simple as that."

Hiding tanks behind sick civilians so they can get killed and you can win propaganda points that you can milk for decades?

I agree!

Maybe if the hospital staff (managers, directors, vice presidents, etc) didn't steal from the yearly budget there wouldn't be a need for aid from the USA!

It's mainly self-centered/serving as they admit that Americans there (pushing their agenda and spying) are using that hospital. They want things better for their own people stationed in Belgrade.

My son used that hospital last year. Though the place was old and slightly shabby, it had all new doors and windows. When I remarked about this, they pointed to the memorial out front. I can only imagine the terror of the children inside when a US "smart" bomb blew out all the doors and windows, spraying shrands of glass everywhere.

The hospital isn't in the centre of Belgrade. It's at Dedijne near the military barracks.

GRANDMOTHERS & TANKS

Some grandmothers sing lullabies to little kids, some tell them fairy tales. Some tell them scary stories to keep them silent in bed. Good kids always trust their grannies. Maybe this one bombed the tanks herself and because of advanced age she missed the target! Oops! But no good kid will tattletale on his Grannie.

HOw can a people compare ridiculous parallels with Baltic Jerusalem and not know what really happened just 10 years ago, by their own kin?
(ali g8r, 15 July 2010 12:57)

There is nothing "Baltic" with Serbia, Mr. Alligator - only your phantasies based on "Great Albania" wet dream.

No wonder, behind every little Albanian crook alligator there is a big American hmm.... crook... crook.. crocodile!

Your grandmother is full of . . ., danilo. There were no tanks in the center of Belgrade. I strongly dought that an Albanian old woman would be living there too. BTW, were there tanks in the Nis school and market? Were there tanks in the train that was blown up (claimed to be wrong coordinates by the NATO)? This little PR BS by Mary Warlick is OK, but a public apology for the bombing and killing of innocent Serbian civilians would go a lot further than her 700 G's.

“I didn't hear from CNN that tanks were parked at the hospital. I heard it from my grandmother who lived a block away and saw it with her own eyes.”

Yes, Danny Boy, your grandmother saw tanks at the hospital. And that passenger train the Americans destroyed at Surdulica, that was really carrying troops and weapons of mass destruction, wasn’t it? I bet your Auntie saw that, too.

No, Danny Boy, it was a hospital. If you could pull your nose out of your CNN-infested TV screen, you might learn that most people shot and maimed by American forces around that world are civilians and not soldiers or insurgents.

I'm sure the two have nothing to do with each other, just a coincidence, really.

Yes Sir
i have the feeling the majority of Serbs dont even know how their own politicians were willing to kill people over media points, Same case with the TV station that the ex director is still rotting in jail, the train that was sent full of bullets and civilians ect ect.

Helping hospitals and schools is the best possible way to give something back to the community where one lives, said she.

You mean hospitals and schools damaged by NATO bombing? How about paying for repairs and compensating the families of the dead? I'm glad most Serbians can read straight through this fake marketing.

"This was the same hospital that the American’s bombed in 1999 killing 11 people."

Yes. it was.

It also was the hospital that was used as a parking lot for tanks.

Welcome gesture and a good cause. Lets just make sure that the money goes where it is meant to rather than lining someone else's already fat pocket.
