This means that Serbin gov. openly support lawlessness/anarchy in the north part of Mitrovica. This is something that UN SC will make note of and remind Tadic/Milosevic when making his remarks about situation in KS.

umm.... offhand you seem to be a serb apologist, but it doesnt seem you understand at all what serb extremists are doing and what they want.

kosovo's govt. would more than likely happily let serbs participate in courts. the more the merrier, more than fair.

but that is precisely what Upsets serb extremists. They dont want fair... that kosovo albanians DO want them to, and infact dole out opportunity to participate enrages them... the audacity of albo's expecting serbs to be happy with equality... how outrageous.

just as in milosovics fakeslavia...just as in bosnia for that matter. they want everything run by serbs for serbs. they dont want ANY serbs to participate in ANY courts of kosovo...or ANY govt. office at all.

"If Albanian judges are to be put in N. Mitrovica courts, then Serbs judges must be placed in courts in south of the Ibar also, let's say, Pristina." (karlsdad)

-- Such a scenario already exists in Strpce. It's so unbelievably democratic for the Serbs there. They get Belgrade institutions AND Pristina institutions. Don't like one? Go to the other. The rest of the world should be so lucky. Not even Scandinavia is this democratic.

That would be the only fair way to assure citizens of all ethnicities get fair trials and judgements. I am sure that Eulex will do this, they are fair and non-biased.
