I wouldn't gloat about the fact that Kosovo wasn't mentioned too much. It is actually there more than is realized. KAs should be worried about this. Turkey knows who is the real player in the region and it's main focus is on Bosnia, where it needs Belgrade's help. For Serbia this development is important as Ankara will be a key actor in ensuring new talks after the ICJ ruling. Pristina should in fact be very worried at the way the two are cosying up
to one another these days.
