EULEX: Peaceful in northern Kosovo

Provocations? I would say that an UDI is a very blunt provocation!

I think you should learn how to read between lines.
Read again the above paragraph, especially the wording " multi-ethnic special police forces", which means K-Albos from south will get involved in the north and then things will change.

Yes, we all should read in between the lines, YOUSELF included.

He stated that multi-ethnic forces will be formed ..... but stopped short of saying anything about putting them in the north only. (In fact, he contradicted what Bajram claimed earlier and stated pointedly that there had been NO agreement to send special forces to the north).

The way I see it, K-Serb forces will be active in the north and other Serb areas, you guys will dominate your own areas. Multiethnic in that sense so that Eulex can claim some achievement. Now that's REALLY reading in between the lines!
